The Clowder
- The Lee County Clowder
- The cast: Radcliff is a large white tomcat about 11 years old. He is firmly convinced he lives in a single cat household, and he has been waiting for all these strays to leave since 1998. Allie is about 12. Her entire world revolves around eating and sleeping. Luna is about 10, and is something of a two-for-one special. She can change from cuddly to cranky in a heartbeat. Ozzie is a big orange tomcat about two or three years old, and he was someone's pampered kitty at some point. He just showed up in our yard this past summer, and he wormed his way into the house -- to the immense disgust of the other three. Anne Bonny & Mary Read are two black kitties, probably littermates.

Very funny. I have been seeing many pics of holiday felines in their woolen finery and wondered how it all happened. Now I know. The maimed humans are on the other end of the camera.

this is so true--the dog will wear anything to please anyone, but the cat feels stylish already and wants respect.
